1/4 cup(s) Vela Farms Sweet Tea Marinade
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1/2 Tbsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
1/2 cup(s) Ottavio Olive Oil
2 cup(s) Central Market Quinoa, cooked according to package directions
1/4 cup(s) sliced almonds
2 Tbsp green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped

In a small bowl, combine sweet tea marinade, lemon juice, and all purpose house rub. Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and toss with desired amount of dressing until coated. Mix until combined.
