Recipe makes 8 Servings

8 refrigerated cinnamon rolls
1 large ripe banana, sliced thinly
14 Oz BelChef Devon Custard
3 Oz H-E-B Real Dairy Whip

Instructions

Heat oven to 375°F. Remove cinnamon rolls from package and place on a flat surface.

Roll out dough with a rolling pin to form a circle about 4 to 5 inches wide.

Turn a muffin tin upside down and gently place dough on the backside of each muffin cup. Press dough together around the outside of the cup so that there are no gaps.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove shells from muffin pan and allow to cool completely.

Gently stir banana through custard and divide evenly between each shell.

Spoon remaining custard on top of bananas and finish with whipped cream. Keep chilled for up to 2 hours, or until ready to serve.
