1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter
1/4 cup(s) lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp white onion, minced
1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/3 Tsp Chef Geoffrey Michael's Spice Seasoning
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Peeled Garlic Cloves, minced
1 Lb jumbo raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cup(s) mushrooms, halved

In a casserole dish combine all ingredients except shrimp and mushrooms, microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add shrimp and mushrooms.
Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes (cooking times may vary according to microwave wattage).
Let stand 2 minutes.
Serve as an appetizer with toothpicks or spoon over rice or pasta.
