Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb colossal Argentine red head on shrimp, 9 - 12 ct., thawed if necessary
1 medium lime, zest only
1 Tbsp Mi Tienda All Purpose Seasoning, plus more as needed
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed

Place shrimp in a large bowl with lime zest, all purpose seasoning, olive oil, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Toss well to coat, cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to 1 hour to allow flavors to marinate.
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Place marinated shrimp on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and roast 20 to 25 minutes or until shrimp are fully cooked.
Cool before serving or refrigerate and serve cold. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce or cocktail sauce.
