Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 1/2 Tbsp oil, divided use
2 Lb H-E-B Mi Comida Seasoned Beef Skirt Steak for Fajitas
2 white onions, sliced
2 large green bell peppers
1 large red bell pepper
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
12 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas, or your favorite, warmed

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add steak and cook on each side for about 3 to 5 minutes, depending on thickness of meat and how "done" you want it to be.
Transfer to a cutting board to rest and lightly cover steak with aluminum foil.
While meat is resting, add remaining cooking oil to same skillet along with onions, peppers and a pinch of salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 8 minutes, until veggies are soft.
Uncover steak and cut into thin slices against the grain and at an angle. Serve with sautéed veggies in warm tortillas.
