Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Whole Milk
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1 vanilla bean, split and seeds removed
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp lemons, zested
1/2 cup(s) sugar

Place 1 cup of milk in a bowl and sprinkle packet of gelatin evenly over it. Allow gelatin to bloom for about 20 minutes.
In a large pot place all remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and add in bloomed gelatin and milk mixture to the pot and whisk to combine everything.
Pour panna cotta into small ramekins or martini glasses. Allow to cool before refrigerating. Refrigerate for at least 6 - 8 hours or until panna cotta is set. Serve cold.
