10 Oz chopped spinach, frozen
9 3/4 Oz Mediterranean salad, drained
8 Oz cream cheese
8 Oz H-E-B® Vegetable Entertainer Crackers

Instructions

Thaw frozen spinach and drain all liquid by squeezing in paper towels, set aside.

Place Mediterranean vegetables with marinade in a food processor or blender bowl and process for 15 seconds to a coarse chopped texture.

Add cream cheese and process for 5 more seconds to mix.

Combine drained spinach and Mediterranean vegetable mixture in medium size bowl; stir to combine.

Serve with crackers.
