Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
16 Oz artichokes, frozen
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
3 H-E-B® Garlic Cloves, chopped
1/2 cup(s) basil, chopped
1/2 cup(s) tomato, chopped
1/2 cup(s) Kalamata olives, chopped
16 Oz chopped spinach, frozen
6 Oz Italian Asiago cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425°F.
Spray a deep-dish pie pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook the artichokes according to package directions and drain.
Thinly slice the artichokes and set aside.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add olive oil and chopped garlic; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the basil, tomato and olives; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Remove mixture from heat and add frozen spinach, sliced artichokes and shredded cheese.
Evenly spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and bake for 30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Serve the dip with bread slices or over steaming hot pasta.
