1 cup(s) H-E-B Fat-Free Sour Cream
1/2 cup(s) Athenos Feta Basil & Tomato Crumbles
3 H-E-B White Peeled Garlic, chopped
8 Oz Barilla Fettuccine
16 Oz H-E-B Chopped Spinach
12 Oz extra large Gulf shrimp, frozen

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, feta cheese and garlic. Set mixture aside.

Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 8 minutes of cooking, add spinach and shrimp to the boiling pasta. Cook 2 more minutes.

Drain pasta mixture thoroughly.

Add hot pasta mixture to sour cream mixture and toss gently.
