Recipe makes 6 Servings

12 whole wheat tortillas
12 Tbsp H-E-B Traditional Hummus
1/2 cup(s) cucumber, thinly sliced
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fire Roasted Peppers
1/4 cup(s) pepperoncini, sliced
1 1/2 cup(s) spinach, roughly chopped
6 Tbsp crumbled feta cheese

Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly grill each tortilla on both sides. Set aside.
Spread 1 tablespoon of hummus on each tortilla then layer on cucumbers, peppers, pepperoncini, spinach, and feta. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Continue until all the wraps are made.
Chef's Note: These can be made ahead of time and stored for school or office lunch.
