Recipe makes 6 Servings

4 Oz Goya Fancy Sliced Red Pimientos, drained
14 1/2 Oz hearts of palm, drained and thinly sliced
15 Oz Bertolli Creamy Garlic Alfredo Sauce
12 Oz H-E-B Vermicelli Pasta
16 Oz H-E-B Broccoli Florets, frozen
16 Oz H-E-B Fancy Shredded Romano Cheese

Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, combine pimiento strips and hearts of palm. Set mixture aside.
In a sauce pan, heat Alfredo sauce until just bubbly. Lower heat and add pimento and hearts of palm.
Cook pasta according to package directions, but after first 2 minutes of cooking, add broccoli florets to boiling pasta.
Bring pasta water back to a boil and cook pasta mixture for 2 more minutes. Drain pasta mixture thoroughly.
Add hot pasta florets mixture to sauce mixture and toss gently.
Sprinkle with shredded cheese and place in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
