Recipe makes 6 Servings

1/4 cup(s) Panko Japanese Style Bread Crumbs, plus 1 teaspoon for topping
1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesan, plus 1 teaspoon for topping
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Cacio e Pepe Bread Dipper, plus 1 teaspoon for topping
1 Lb 93% lean ground beef
1 Lb ground pork
1 large egg
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 Tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Line a sheet pan with foil for easy clean up.
For topping, combine 1 teaspoon each breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and bread dipper in small bowl; set aside.
In a large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Gently mix with hands until well blended.
Form into loaf shape approximately 4"x4"x10".
Place onto sheet pan and evenly sprinkle on topping.
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until the center reaches 160°F.
Allow to rest at least five minutes before slicing.
Serve with truffle mashed potatoes and sautéed fresh green beans for comfort food at its best.
