8 Oz H-E-B 93% Lean Ground Turkey
1 large egg
1/2 Tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1/2 Tsp dried basil
1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Healthy Marinara Sauce
4 H-E-B Whole Wheat French Rolls
2 slices provolone cheese, cut in half

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine meat, egg, garlic, bread crumbs, basil, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper with your hands in a large bowl.
Use about 3 tablespoons of meat to form each meatball.
In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil on medium.
Add meatballs and brown about 3 minutes. Flip and brown 3 minutes on the other side.
Add marinara sauce to pan and continue cooking on low heat about 20 minutes or until internal temperature of meatballs is 165°F.
Cut rolls in half.
Top half of each roll with 1 meatball, a spoonful of sauce and half a slice of provolone cheese.
Place in the oven about 4 minutes to toast and melt the cheese.
