Recipe makes 10 Servings

1/4 cup(s) red wine vinegar
3 Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Monviso Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 Tbsp Grey Poupon Country Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos, plus more to taste as needed
1 Tsp Central Market Organics Whole Mediterranean Oregano
1 1/4 cup(s) Rustico Unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 Tsp fresh cracked pepper, plus more as needed

Combine all ingredients in a 14 to 16 oz. wide-mouthed mason jar.
Using an immersion blender buzz everything up together until creamy and thick. Season to taste as needed.
Place lid on jar and refrigerate until ready to use. Dressing should keep for up to 3 to 4 days refrigerated, it may just require a vigorous shake to re-emulsify everything.
