Ingredients

Recipe makes 24 Servings

2 cup(s) sugar
1/2 cup(s) coconut oil
1 Tsp kosher salt
2/3 cup(s) evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips
20 marshmallows

Instructions

Mix sugar, coconut oil, salt and evaporated milk in a large heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a boil for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring/whisking constantly.

Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and marshmallows and mix until melted and thoroughly combined.

Immediately transfer fudge to a prepared smaller pan and let cool for at least 1 hour. Cut into squares once set.
