2 Lb Natural Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless
18 Tbsp Fischer & Weiser Mango Ginger Habañero Sauce, reserve 2 Tbsp
1/2 Tsp Alessi Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
4 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 cup(s) yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup(s) strawberries, chopped
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped, seeds & stem removed

Place chicken in a shallow, glass dish; pour 1 cup habeñero sauce over chicken, and turn to coat. Let stand 20-30 minutes; season with salt and pepper just before grilling.
Meanwhile, prepare salsa by combining kiwi, bell pepper, strawberries, green onion and jalepeño; toss with 2 tablespoons habañero sauce.
Heat charcoal 30 minutes, or heat gas grill 10 minutes with lid closed; grill chicken 5-7 minutes per side over medium coals (375°F grill surface temperature); remove from grill when a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of chicken reads 160°F. Serve with fruit salsa.
