Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Large Hass avocado, thin sliced
2 large mango, sliced
1/2 iceberg lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces
2 red onion, separated into rings
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Queso Fresco, crumbled
2 Tsp H-E-B Lots of Lime Juice
1/3 cup(s) water
1 Tbsp louisiana hot sauce
1 Tbsp HEB Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Layer avocado slices, mango slices, salad greens, onion rings and Queso Fresco in a large salad bowl or platter.
Cover salad with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes or more.
Combine all salad dressing ingredients: lime juice, water, hot sauce and oil in a small jar with tight fitting lid.
Shake dressing well and sprinkle on salad.
