Mama's Rustic Peach Tart

1 H-E-B Pie Crust
32 Oz H-E-B Peach Slices, frozen
2 Tbsp H-E-B Bakers Scoop All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup(s) Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 Tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1/2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Pecan Pieces
1 Hill Country Fare Extra Large Great A Eggs, yolk only

Preheat oven to 385°F.
Remove pie crust from package and let rest at room temperature 20 minutes.
Carefully unroll crust on a floured surface and roll out 2 more inches in diameter. Place crust on a sprayed baking sheet pan, set aside.
Place peaches in microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high 6 minutes.
Drain liquid from peaches. Combine drained peach slices, flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar blend, nutmeg and pecans in a bowl; stir well.
Place peach mixture in center of crust and carefully fold outside 2 inches of crust over to the center (in an overlapping pattern).
Combine water and egg yolk. Brush on pie crust.
Sprinkle crust with 1 teaspoon brown sugar blend.
Bake peach tart 35 minutes or until golden and peaches are bubbling.
