Madeira Mushroom Trio Sauce

1/2 Oz Monterey Porcini Dried Mushrooms, reconstituted
1 shallots, chopped
1/2 cup(s) mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup(s) shiitake mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Reduced Sodium Beef Broth
2 Tbsp Madeira Wine
1/2 Tsp McCormick Thyme Leaves
1/2 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt

Soak dry mushrooms in 1 cup hot water 20 minutes to reconstitute; rinse quickly under cool running water to clean.
Meanwhile, chop shallot, slice mushrooms and mince parsley.
Heat oil in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat; sauté shallot 1 minute.
Add mushrooms; sauté 3 minutes longer.
Add beef broth, wine, thyme and salt.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to low.
Simmer 8-10 minutes (until sauce can just coat the back of a spoon).
Remove from heat and stir in parsley.
