13 1/4 Oz package whole wheat macaroni, cooked
1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, halved
2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Baby Spinach
1/2 cup(s) salami, chopped
8 Oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut in half
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1 package basil, chopped
1/2 Tsp black pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. Strain and rinse briefly with cool water. Drain well.

In a large bowl, combine pasta with all other ingredients, toss and refrigerate. Divide into individual portions in jars or containers for quick grab and go.
