Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
2 cup(s) elbow macaroni
1 1/2 Tsp vegetable oil
1/2 Lb Lean Ground Beef
1 cup(s) H-E-B® Easy Melt Cheese, shredded
2 cup(s) H-E-B® Mild Pico de Gallo

Heat oven to 375°F.
Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the same cooking pot over high heat for 3 minutes and then add oil.
Add ground beef and stir-fry for 8 minutes until meat is crispy brown.
Add shredded cheese to mixture and stir to combine.
Evenly spread macaroni mixture in prepared baking dish.
Loosely cover with foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in pico de gallo and cooked macaroni.
Remove foil and bake 5 more minutes.
