Recipe makes 6 Servings

9 Oz Lily's No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips
28 fl oz Lite coconut milk
2 large egg, yolks only
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup(s) maca powder
1 1/2 Tbsp matcha powder
1/3 cup(s) cocoa powder
2 Tbsp cocoa nibs

Place the chocolate chips in a medium heat resistant bowl and set aside.
In a medium sauce pan combine coconut milk, eggs, and salt.
Gently heat mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture begins to thicken .
Pour mixture over the chocolate and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes before stirring.
Stir the chocolate mixture until all of the chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
Whisk in maca, matcha and cocoa powder. Mix until smooth.
Transfer mixture into coffee mugs or wine glasses and top with cocoa nibs. Refrigerate a minimum of 1 hour before serving.
