Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Market Fresh Chicken Sausage
13 1/4 Oz H-E-B 100% Whole Wheat Elbow Pasta
2 cup(s) cauliflower, finely chopped
2 cup(s) H-E-B 2% Milk Colby Jack Shredded Cheese, divided
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Greek Yogurt Plain
1/4 Tsp granulated garlic powder
1/4 Tsp iodized salt
1/4 Tsp black pepper

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
Cook sausage in 1/2 inch water in covered skillet over medium-high heat 10 minutes; turn sausage; cook an additional 5 minutes until temperature reaches at least 160°F.
Remove sausage from pan, cool and cut into cubes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package instructions.
Place cauliflower and 1 tablespoon water in microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave 4 minutes. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, sausage, cauliflower, 1 1/2 cups cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour into prepared pan.
Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake 10 minutes.
