1 H-E-B Natural St. Louis Ribs
2 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
2 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
1/2 cup(s) apple cider
1/4 cup(s) H‑E‑B Organics Apple Cider Vinegar

Cut ribs into thirds and season liberally with salt and pepper on both sides. Place ribs into crock pot.
Add apple cider and apple cider vinegar. Cover and set crock pot to high heat.
Cook 4 hours or until ribs are pull apart tender.
Slather each rib with your choice of BBQ sauce and serve.
