1/2 cup(s) water
3 Oz H-E-B Corn Masa Mix
1 Lb H-E-B Ground Bison
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1/2 Tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cumin
1 Tsp H-E-B Oregano
4 H-E-B Garlic Cloves, chopped
30 Oz H-E-B Black Beans, rinsed
3 large Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B Sweet Corn
1/2 cup(s) red bell peppers, diced
1/2 cup(s) white onions, diced
2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) carrots, diced
1/2 cup(s) celery, diced
1/2 cup(s) poblano peppers, diced
1/8 Tbsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1/8 Tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Heat broth, water, and masa in a 5 quart pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Simmer for 10 minutes, whisking occasionally, until tortillas nearly dissolve.

Meanwhile, brown bison meat over medium heat in a large nonstick skillet for 5 minutes. Drain drippings from bison and stir in seasonings and garlic.

Add bison, beans, and vegetables, except cilantro, to broth in pot. Simmer over low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir cilantro into chili just before serving.
