1 deep dish pie crust
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Real Egg
15 Oz Hill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B MooTopia Fat Free Milk
1/2 cup(s) fat free Greek yogurt
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Sucralose Sweetener
2 Tsp pumpkin pie spice

Heat oven to 375°F. Allow pie crust to thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Combine egg, pumpkin, milk, yogurt, sweetener and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl. Mix pumpkin filling using an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
Pour pumpkin filling in thawed pie shell and bake on lower oven rack for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Let pie cool before cutting into 8 servings.
