Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup(s) onion, diced
1 1/2 cup(s) lentils
1 1/4 Oz pkg. H-E-B Taco Seasoning Mix 30% Less Sodium
1 cup(s) frozen corn
2 cup(s) water
12 baked tostadas
1 cup(s) tomato, chopped
1 cup(s) iceberg lettuce, shredded
1 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
7 Oz Dip It Cilantro Gourmet Yogurt Dip

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
Add in onions and cook until translucent, then add in lentils and taco seasoning; cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Add in corn and water, then bring to a simmer and cover.
Reduce heat to a low simmer. Cook for 20 minutes until the lentils are tender. Remove from heat.
Top tostadas with lentil mixture, lettuce, tomato, cheese and yogurt dip. Serve immediately.
