4 Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Grain Bread, toasted
1 Tsp lemon, zested
1 garlic clove, minced
8 Oz fat free ricotta cheese
1 cup(s) arugula
4 Oz smoked salmon, sliced
1 shallot, thinly sliced
1/4 Tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

Toast bread in toaster or in oven.

Combine lemon zest, garlic, and ricotta cheese in food processor or blender. Combine until smooth.

Spread cheese evenly over four pieces of toast.
