2 Lb Hill Country Fare Chicken Wings
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon, zested
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp Mi Tienda BBQ Seasoning

Place wings in a resealable plastic bag along with lemon zest, oil and seasoning. Seal and massage to evenly distribute seasonings. Refrigerate at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
While wings marinate preheat oven to 400ºF.
Place wings on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and bake 30 to 40 minutes or until internal temperature reads 170ºF, and juices run clear.
Allow to cool before serving, and season with more seasoning as needed.
