Recipe makes 10 Servings

1 bakery fresh baguette, sliced into 20 slices
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup(s) Central Market Cheese and Artichoke Tapenade
1/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
8 Oz lump crab meat, rinsed gently, but thoroughly and drained
1 Tsp lemon, zested
2 Tbsp green onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup(s) Italian parsley, finely chopped

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place sliced bread on a baking sheet and brush bread with oil.
Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
In a medium sized bowl mix tapenade, mayonnaise, crab, lemon zest and green onions
Flip toasted bread over and spread each piece with equal amounts of crab mixture.
Top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Top with fresh parsley and serve.
