8 lemons, 4 sliced thin into rounds and half juiced
3 Lb pork butt
1 Tbsp dried basil
1 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Line bottom of crock pot with sliced lemons then add lemon juice.

Season pork with dried herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Set on lemon slices and cook 6 to 8 hours or until pull apart tender.

Serve pork over butter noodles or rice.
