1/3 cup(s) Central Market Artichoke & Chesse Tapenade
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice, plus 1 tsp of lemon zest
2 Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Monviso Peeled Garlic Cloves, smashed or crushed
1 Tsp honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup(s) water
1 cup(s) H-E-B Expeller Pressed Sunflower Oil

In a blender, combine artichoke tapenade, lemon juice and zest, garlic, honey, dijon mustard and water; blend together on high.
While blender is running, slowly add oil to form an emulsion, Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place into a container and refrigerate until ready to use.
Chef's Note: This dressing not only works good as a salad dressing but as a marinade for chicken or even poured over grilled asparagus or artichokes.
