Recipe makes 12 Servings

4 cup(s) milk
2 cup(s) heavy cream
1 Lb white American cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp 1.68 oz. packets of Savory Choice Concentrate Pho Chicken Broth, or bouillon
4 Oz canned green chilies
1 Lb leftover Thanksgiving turkey, chopped, about 3 cups
1 Lb Central Market Bucatini, dry and broken into large pieces
2 cup(s) H-E-B Tex Mex Cheese
1 cup(s) bread crumbs, any variety works

Preheat oven to 400ºF.
Combine milk, heavy cream, white American cheese, chicken broth and canned chilies in a large saucepan. Cook several minutes until cheese has melted completely and is incorporated. Season generously with salt and pepper.
Place chopped turkey and broken bucatini in a large casserole dish then pour cheese sauce evenly over the top. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes.
Remove from oven and carefully discard foil. Sprinkle Tex Mex cheese and bread crumbs over the top then bake an additional 15 minutes.
Rest 10 minutes before serving.
Chef's Note: This dish can be assembled a few days ahead of time and kept in the refrigerator until ready to use.
