1 Tbsp salted butter
1 cup(s) red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Specialty Series Texas Barbecue Sauce
2 H-E-B Organics Whole Wheat Ultra Thin & Crispy Pizza Crust
2 cup(s) leftover chicken, chopped
8 Oz H-E-B Shredded Gouda Cheese
2 peaches, seeds removed and roughly chopped

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Heat a pan over medium, then add butter and onions. Cook several minutes or until onions are tender and remove from heat.

Spread sauce evenly over both crusts then top with chicken, cheese, red onion and peaches.

Grill pizzas for 4 minutes, then close the lid and cook 4 additional minutes. Remove from grill, slice and enjoy.
