Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 cup(s) chicken stock
1/2 cup(s) brown sugar
1 Tsp ginger, grated
1 H-E-B® Peeled Garlic, minced
1/2 Tsp ground cloves
2 Tbsp lime, juiced
2 Tbsp rum
2 H-E-B® Center Cut Lamb of Leg Steaks

For marinade, combine chicken stock, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, cloves, lime juice and rum.
Set aside some marinade for basting during grilling.
Use remainder to marinate steaks up to 24 hours in refrigerator.
Remove from marinade and grill steaks over medium heat 5 to 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
Brush occasionally with remaining marinade.
