Kickin' Chicken Caesar Sandwich

Recipe makes 2 Servings

4 Tsp unsalted butter
4 slices sourdough square bread
2 H-E-B Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Sea Salt
1/2 Tsp fresh cracked black pepper
4 Tbsp Ceasar dressing
2 slices H-E-B Natural Thin Sliced Swiss Cheese
2 H-E-B Romaine Lettuce, washed, patted dry and torn into 2 pieces each
1/4 cup(s) grated Parmesean cheese

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Heat medium size oven-safe skillet on medium-high.
Spread 1/4 teaspoon butter on both sides of bread.
Toast bread slices in skillet, approximately 2 minutes each side, and remove from pan.
In same skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter.
Sprinkle both sides of each chicken breast with 1/4 teaspoon salt and cracked black pepper.
Sauté chicken breasts 3 to 4 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Spread 1 side of each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing.
Top 2 slices of bread with a slice of Swiss cheese followed by 2 pieces romaine lettuce, chicken, and Parmesan cheese.
Add remaining bread (dressing side down) to sandwiches.
Place sandwiches back in skillet and bake until cheese melts, 2 to 3 minutes.
