Kale Tacos with Spicy Jalapeño Butter

1 Lb kale
12 Oz H-E-B Mild Pico de Gallo
3 Tbsp Wyatt's Jalapeño Chipotle Butter
5 garlic, sliced thin
15 Oz black beans
10 flour tortillas

Instructions

n a sauté pan add the butter and allow to melt and get hot, add in your sliced garlic and stir fry for 2min just to slightly toast the garlic, then add in the kale, toss with the garlic and allow the kale to wilt slightly before adding in the pico de gallo and black beans.

Cook the entire mixture until the liquid is almost fully evaporated and the kale is wilted and soft.

Serve warm on the tortillas. This makes an excellent cold salad too when refrigerated overnight.
