Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 medium white onion, chopped
1/2 Lb Swiss chard, washed and chopped
1/2 Lb kale, washed and chopped
2 cup(s) asiago cheese bread, cubed
1 Tbsp whole grain mustard
1 cup(s) skim milk
1/2 Tsp black pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Parmesan Cheese Shredded

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Set aside.

Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet and cook onions until translucent.

Add greens and lightly cook until they begin to wilt, then remove from heat and stir in cubed bread.

Spoon bread mixture into prepared baking dish and spread out evenly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mustard, milk, pepper and eggs.

Pour over greens mixture then top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 35 minutes or until gratin has set.
