Recipe makes 4 Servings

9 Oz linguine
2 Tbsp 100% pure olive oil
2 medium roma tomato, diced
4 cup(s) Kalamata olives, chopped
4 H-E-B® Peeled Garlic, crushed
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Boil enough water to cover pasta in a 4-quart pot and cook linguini according to package directions. Drain well.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté tomatoes, olives and garlic 2 minutes.

Add drained pasta to skillet and toss to blend.

Season with salt and pepper and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
