Kaiser Slider Melt with Sweet & Sour Beer Mustard

Recipe makes 6 Servings

6 H-E-B Prime 1 Cowboy Sliders, plus more as needed
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
6 mini kaiser rolls, plus more as needed
1/2 cup(s) unsalted butter, melted
6 slices H-E-B Horseradish Cheddar Cheese, sliced thinly

Preheat cast iron skillet on medium and allow to get hot. Meanwhile, season burgers with a pinch of salt and pepper and brush with olive oil.
Add burgers to hot pan and sear 6 to 8 minutes per side or until nicely crusted. Lower heat and continue to cook until burgers reach desired doneness. Remove to a plate and allow to rest.
Wipe out pan of any larger bits, and keep heat low. Brush each bun with butter on both sides, add slider burgers and cheese and press together.
Add assembled burgers to same pan and press together until bread is nicely toasted, flip and repeat with each additional burger.
Serve sliders hot and use recipe for sweet and sour beer mustard on for dipping or spreading on burgers. Serve with any additional burger condiments.
