1 Tbsp H-E-B Pure Olive Oil
1 Lb pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Jamaican Jerk Rub
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B More Fruit Pineapple Spread
2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp ginger, grated

Instructions

Rub oil over tenderloin on all sides; sprinkle with seasoning rub and set aside.

Preheat grill or heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Sear tenderloin on all sides for about 10 minutes. Reduce heat to medium (for grill, move to cooler area); cover and cook pork to an internal temperature of 145°F, 15-20 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute; then cut into thin slices. Pork slices should be pink in the centers.

Meanwhile, whisk More Fruit, mustard, orange juice, and ginger together in a small saucepan; place over medium-low heat and cook 5-7 minutes, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and serve with pork slices.
