Recipe makes 8 Servings

3 Tbsp pure olive oil
4 garlic, chopped
2 Tsp black pepper
1/4 cup(s) Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
1 white onion, quartered
12 Oz Mexican beer
4 jalapeño pepper, seeded and halved
2 lime, juiced and zested
2 Lb split chicken breast

Combine all ingredients in a large zip lock bag, seal and turn to coat. Chill at least six hours.
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Place chicken in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan and top with marinade.
Bake 35 minutes or until juices run clear when poked with a fork.
