Jalapeño Shrimp Stir Fry

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 white onion, chopped
1 green bell peppers, chopped
2 jalapeno pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil
1 garlic, minced
2 Tbsp H-E-B White Wine Vinegar
2 Tsp teriyaki glaze
2 Tsp soy sauce
1/4 Tsp Chef Geoffrey Michael's Spice Seasoning

In a non-stick skillet, stir-fry onion, garlic, peppers and jalapenos in olive oil for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Stir in shrimp and all other ingredients.
Reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes.
Serve over hot rice, bean threads or cellophane noodles.
