1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup(s) white onions, chopped
1 jalapeño, chopped
1 cup(s) H-E-B Basmati Rice
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Chicken Broth

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium. Add onions and jalapeño, and sauté 2 to 3 minutes. Add rice and continue to cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

Stir in broth, bring to a boil then reduce to a low simmer. Cover and cook 15 minutes.

Remove from heat, season to taste with salt and pepper, fluff with a fork and serve.
