Recipe makes 16 Servings

1 Lb butter, unsalted
1/2 cup(s) garlic, fresh
2 jalapeños, minced
1/2 Tsp kosher salt

In a sauté pan (or cast iron skillet) over low heat, melt butter completely.
Over medium heat, add chopped garlic and jalapeño. Swirl butter mixture to incorporate the flavors.
Allow butter to cook for about 5 - 8 minutes over medium heat.
**If you notice butter starting to brown on bottom of pan, turn down heat. Serve melted butter over steak (or anything!) or strain butter removing all solids and refrigerate for later use.
