Recipe makes 6 Servings

1/2 cup(s) Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Hot Sauce
2 avocado
12 Oz H-E-B Pico de Gallo
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
1/2 red onion, cut into 1/2 inch thick rings
2 Lb ground beef (no leaner than 80/20)
6 H-E-B Thin Sliced Havarti Cheese
12 H-E-B Jalapeño Bacon
6 whole-wheat Kaiser rolls
1 cup(s) green leaf lettuce, finely shredded

Combine Dijon mustard and hot sauce together in a small bowl, set aside.
Cut and pit the avocados; then mash with a fork. Add pico de gallo. Season as desired with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (425-450°F) and spray with non-stick cooking oil.
Lightly coat onions with non-stick cooking spray; then season with salt and pepper. Place onions on the grill for 2 minutes on each side or until tender.
Form meat into 6 patties, roughly 1 1/2 inches thick. Season patties generously with salt and pepper; then coat patties with non-stick cooking spray.
Place patties on the grill for 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Turn burgers and cook an additional 3 minutes with the lid closed. After 3 minutes, top burgers with a slice of cheese and allow an additional 2 minutes with lid closed.
While cooking the burgers, fry bacon in a pan over medium heat for 7 minutes or until crispy.
Spray each Kaiser roll with non-stick cooking spray and then place on a clean area of the grill. Toast for 30 seconds on each side.
Build burger with bacon, lettuce, avocado mixture, onions and hot sauce mixture according to taste.
