Italian Turkey Bowl

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb lean ground turkey
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tsp Italian seasoning
12 Oz asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 inch pieces
12 .3500 Oz Così Com'è Whole Red Datterino Tomatoes
2 8.8 oz. packages of Central Market White and Red Quinoa

Place oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in turkey, garlic and Italian seasoning and cook until turkey is well browned and no longer pink.
Add in asparagus and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes, then add in the tomatoes. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat.
Heat quinoa according to package directions then divide evenly between 4 bowls. Spoon turkey mixture over quinoa and serve hot.
