1 baguette (from the bakery)
1 pkg. (8 oz) H-E-B Thin Sliced Provolone
1 pkg. (3 oz) H-E-B Delicatessen Sliced Traditional Prosciutto
1 pkg. (3 oz) H-E-B Delicatessen Sliced Italian Dried Salami
1 pkg. (3 oz) H-E-B Delicatessen Sliced Sopressata
1 greenhouse tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 yellow onion, thinly sliced
2 cup(s) romaine lettuce, shredded
3 Tsp red wine vinegar
1 Tsp Organic Dijon Mustard
6 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tsp Italian seasoning

Slice baguette in half lengthwise leaving a hinge on one side.
Add layers of sliced provolone and deli meats.
Top with sliced tomatoes, onions and shredded lettuce.
Make vinaigrette: combine vinegar, mustard, oil and seasoning in a jar. Shake vigorously then drizzle over lettuce.
Slice as desired.
