Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 garlic, chopped
1 cup(s) Italian shredded blend cheese
2 Tbsp parsley leaves, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
16 Oz frozen green beans
2 Lb turkey milanesa, or chicken milanesa
1 cup(s) H-E-B Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce, warmed

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 325°F or medium-low. Place wooden/bamboo skewers in water.
Combine garlic, shredded cheese, parsley leaves and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a bowl and set aside.
Place bag of green beans in microwave high for 4 minutes, remove from bag and set aside.
Lay turkey milanesa flat on a work surface and evenly sprinkle 1/4 cup of cheese parsley mixture on both sides.
Arrange 4 to 5 green beans in the center of each turkey steak.
Roll up turkey longways, similar to a jelly roll, to enclose the filling completely.
Insert a skewer diagonally through steak roll and place on a sprayed grilling mesh.
Brush turkey rolls with remaining olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Grill turkey rolls for 10 minutes, turning once during grilling time until browned on all sides.
Remove skewers from rolls before serving with sauce.
