4 natural center cut pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup(s) yellow onion, chopped
1/4 Tsp Padano cheese
14 1/2 Oz H-E-B Italian Diced Tomatoes
8 Oz H-E-B Tomato Sauce

Instructions

Prepare rice according to the directions on the package; keep warm.

Spray a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray.

Heat skillet over medium heat and cook pork chops on each side 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150°F.

Add onion, seasoning, tomatoes and tomato sauce to pork chops.

Reduce heat to medium low and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Add cooked rice and serve.
